Distinct rings, semi-ring-porous, vessel in radial multiples, simple perforation, earlywood vessel diameter 70-90µm, round intervessel pits, fibers thin-to thick-walled, paratracheal and apotracheal parenchyma, often one row of marginal parenchyma, round vessel-ray pits, homocellular uniseriate, rays with upright cells.
