Only one ring, vessel in radial multiples simple perforation, vessel diameter 30-50µm, thick-walled vessels, round intervessel pits, fibers thin-to thick-walled (all with tension wood), indistinct parenchyma, round vessel-ray pits, homocellular rays ray width 1-2 cells with upright cells.

Phloem

Uniform phloem, with a few large lactifers. Large cortex consisting on thin-walled parenchyma cells.
