Distinct rings, ring to semi-ring-porous, vessels grouped in dendritic patterns, simple perforations, with helical thickenings, vessel diameter >40-50µm, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma vasicentric and terminal, ray width 1-3 cells, homocellular procument and heterocellular wit one row of upright cells, parenchyma storied, crystals absent.
