Xylem

Distinct rings, semi-ring porous, vessels in gops and in diagonal patterns, simple perforations, vessel diameter 40-60µm, with round intervessel pits, thick-walled fibers, parenchyma vasicentric, unlignified ray 2-8 cells in width, heterocellular with 3 to 5 upright cells, prismatic crystals.

Ray dilatations, a few round groups of sclereids and many isolated small groups of sclereids, with many prismatic crystals.
