Distinct rings, semi-ring-porous, distinct dense latewood zone, vessels solitary, simple perforation, intervessel pitting round, alternating, vessel diameter 30-40 µm, fibers thick-walled, parenchyma apotracheal rays uniseriate and multiseriate, heterocellular with many procumbent and a few upright cells without crystals.
