Mostly indistinct rings, diffuse-porous, vessels 50-80 µm in diameter, vessels in radial multipels, simple perforations, intervessel pits round and scalariform, with thin- walled tylosis, fibers thin-to thick-walled, parenchyma paratracheal, parenchyma in tangential bands or groups which are interrupted by the vessel/fiber strips, ray width >10 cells between vessel/fiber strips, rayless in vessel/fiber strips, homocellular with upright cells with a few crystal druses in rays and axial parenchyma.
