Indistinct rings, vessels in groups, often arranged in tangential layers, simple perforations, round intervessel pits, intervessel pits alternate and opposite, vessel diameter 50-90 µm, parenchyma scanty paratracheal, ray width 3-6 cells, homocellular with square and upright cells, with a many crystals druses in rays.
