Distinct rings, diffuse porous, earlywood vessels solitary and in short radial multipels, simple perforations, earlywood vessel diameter 50-80µm, with helical thickenings, fibers with small pits, with tension wood, axial parenchyma rare or paratracheal, rays 3-6 seriate, homocellular with prostrate cells.
