Indistinct rings, thick walled vessels solitary, simple perforation, vessel diameter <20µm, vessels with slit like apertures, fibers absent, parenchyma pervasive rayless. Two slides with phloem groups in the pith.

Phloem

Sometimes with tangential layers of collapsed sieve cells, mostly uniform cortex. Different slides show different bark structures.
