Xylem

Distinct rings, diffuse porous, vessels in radial multiples, vessel diameter 30 ¿ 40µm, vessel frequency 200-400 mm2, simple perforations, fibers thin-to thick walled, paratracheal parenchyma, rays 4-8 seriate. All ray cells upright.

Phloem

With small groups of sieve cells, crystal druses with big single crystals.
