Indistinct rings, vessels solitary and in radial multiples, vessel diameter 30-70 mµ, simple perforations, intervascular pits round, fibers thin to thick-walled, paratracheal parenchyma, ray width 5-7 cells, included phloem concentric, continuous, conjunctive tissue unlignified and thin-walled, with crystal sand in idioblasts.
