Only one ring, vessels in long radial multipels, vessel diameter 30 ¿70µm, vessel frequency 200-500 mm2, simple perforations, fibers with multiple rows of very small round pits, parenchyma not to recognize, pervasive parenchyma?, ray width 3-5 cells, often with sheet cells, often vascular bundle form remaining, ray cells unlignified and thin-walled, exclusively square and upright ray cells, without crystals
