Indistinct rings, vessels solitary vessel diameter 15-25µm vessel frequency 200-300 mm2, simple perforations with, fibers thick-walled, with round pits, conjunctive parenchyma in tangential bands, ray width uniseriate and sometimes 2-4 cells, rays homocellular with square and upright cells, with prismatic crystals in rays.
